2025 Season Practices

Registration is required. Occasional changes to times and locations will be communicated by coaches. Coach and training group assignments will be communicated Monday, August 18th.

• Monday - Labor Day Hill Workout - 4p Snail Lake Beach

September 2 - November 1 (School Schedule)

• Monday - Friday 3:30pm MVHS Wrestling Room

• Saturdays 9am MVHS Wrestling Room (unless otherwise communicated)
